Adobe Creative Cloud Bug With Mac

I dread the day when the creative cloud is the only option to use Lightroom. I switched from Aperture to LR back in mid-2012 after two years with Aperture. There isn't another application out there with both the editing and cataloging capabilities of Lightroom (that I'm aware of). And even if there is, I really don't want to go through the learning curve again and lose all of my raw edits. But the idea of being forced to pay $10 per month for LR and PS when I've never even opened Photoshop and don't have any desire to really bums me out. And bugs like this ramp up the heartburn that much more...

Creative Cloud makes a lot more sense if you are a Photoshop user. $10/month is actually cheaper than it would cost to update PS, if you kept up with their 18 month new release cycle. I used to skip every other upgrade, provided that whatever camera I was using at the time was supported for ACR.

It would make absolutely no sense only to use Lightroom.

Affinity (makers of a very good photo editing application for Mac) promises to release a digital asset management app this year. If it's any good, I'm going to leave Adobe for good. I'm fed up with their bugs and with their billing not working properly with PayPal.
