Boston is finally getting its own Leica Gallery with its grand opening today. Tomorrow, they will have a free Leica Akademie which I signed up for. It looks like they will provide the camera as their requirements are to have a valid ID and a SD card. Question to those who have attended in the past, do you still bring your camera or just use theirs?

Do they offer a camera you haven't used before?
Well, a little disappointed that their free session was more of an intro to rangefinder and more geared for people who are not Leica shooter.
I did get to play with Leica SL with a Noct mounted on it. Very nice combo. The SL is much better in real life than the photo. Ergonomics is really great especially when focusing a manual focus lens like the Noct. I am very impressed with how nice the EVF is. After playing with it, I now want one. Will wait for the price to drop some more however. Here are some shot with the Noct and SL
