All the links from your Google query now produce a 404 error on tapatalk.com. This leads me to believe that their intention is not to plagiarise content, but to present it under a uniform/homogenous UI design, just like they do with the app. Also, they only seem to provide a preview of each thread (first 6 posts?) and link back to the original site for attachments, full thread content, etc.
I use Tapatalk almost exclusively for mobile access to forums so I sincerely hope that you will not be revoking support for this platform on a permanent basis.
I specifically asked them many times to remove those pages so the search results would give a 404. I think ultimately what caused them to meet my request was when I took my concerns to a thread at Xenforo.com. Prior to that, they ignored me.
I understand that you, as a user, want to give them the benefit of the doubt. But I have given them the benefit of the doubt so many times, and they always do it again.
Examples:
-Showing ads at times that we opted out
-Failing for months to alert site owners to a Tapatalk security vulnerability
-Uploading images to their server instead of ours
-Messing up usergroup permissions
-Adding annoying popups to our site which kept recurring even when the setting was set to have them off
-Later asking for $10/month per site for us to have the right to disable their annoying banner
-Redirecting our "install TalkEmount app" banner to Tapatalk app page in app store even when we were paying them $10/month per site
-Copying our content to their servers and republishing it with ads
-Google sending me warnings that Tapatalk is doing things that could compromise our search rankings for mobile.
-And many, many more - too many to mention
Most of the time I call them out on something - like failing to disable annoying popups - they say it was a mistake on their part that they will fix. Of course, it's always an error in their favor, and the fixes often don't work. And then when the fix finally works, they make another "mistake".
