Hello, Kevin, and welcome as the new site owner! I don't post much here but do check in pretty much every day, as I like to keep up with what's new and to view people's photography.
As a long-time member of NikonCafe I was aware the changes were coming for this site -- surprised at how quickly it all happened, though!

Mind if I ask what kind of device your using and what version of iOS? There is an older iPad in the family that I can test with but I'm not sure at the moment what version of iOS it's running.

I just hope you guys realize that the "iOS sideways pic" thing is going to bug the heck out of me now and will be something that I'll experimenting with at 2AM.

Of course it can!Kevin- rotate Avatar 90 degrees clockwise for the iOS users. The rest of us: flip monitor 90degrees counter-clockwise when viewing it...

Good idea, an easier alternative would be for ALL Avatars to be duplicated side by side with one turned 90 degreed clockwise.
