I'll bet that place has some memories and stories. Did you photograph any ghosts or torture chambers while there?

My wife had goosebumps the entire time we were there but I haven’t come across any apparitions in my photos yet... check the outtakes thread for some interesting stuff...

Matt, (and all), - I'm afraid I will need to bow out for the rest of this "Challenge". Too much "stuff" going on in my little corner of the universe right now to give this the attention it deserves.
Good luck to all. I look forward to checking in to see your work when I can.

Sorry to hear. I don't believe its an all or nothing approach ... join in when you're able.

Of course, life's necessities always take presedence over leisure. Hope you'll keep on top of things.

What happened?

“Friends” tell me it’s because I’m getting old!!! Hubby says it’s because I’ve not been to the gym this week. Colleagues at work tell me there are lots of bugs going around. Truth is, I don’t know. Just woke up one morning a week ago with pain in my right shoulder blade that has since spread to my ribs and right leg. Hopefully just sleeping awkwardly one night and that it will resolve itself soon. It’s also caused me to moan about it to anyone who asks or listens. That is a sign of getting old!

If it's any consolation Karen, it does go away eventually. I've woken twice in the past year where I slept in an odd angle, and had a pain in my left shoulder that was so bad I couldn't turn my head to the left. My MD said likely a compressed nerve. Heat and stretching helps, and it faded eventually, but both times took about 3 weeks to go away completely. Yes, it stinks getting old(er).
