The team of Cameraderie volunteer moderators do an amazing job of helping our community run smoothly and I'm happy to announce that the team is growing! 😎

@davidzvi (David) has been a community member since 2014 and is used to our forum software as he is also a volunteer at MU-43, one of our former sister sites. Members may be used to seeing David hanging out in the various 'gear' and film forums.
@MoonMind (Matt) has been a community member since 2013 and is a prolific poster whom can be found in nearly all of the forums. Matt also organized the last 'Single In' challenge and going forward I've asked Matt to help out organizing all challenges in general; if a question comes up regarding challenges, defer to Matt. ;)

Cameraderie is a pretty relaxed community and so all of our volunteers have the same full permissions to help out as needed. In other words, if you ever need help with something all of the moderators can do the same things so any one of them may be responding to requests or helping out in the forums.

Welcome aboard, guys, and thanks again for volunteering to help with our community! 👍

This was the application photo they sent in. Seems legit.

Just to tell you (super)moderators that you've already done a great job in giving the website a much clearer layout. With these nice, big and multicoloured buttons it visually "pops out" what the threads are about, to which category they belong. I feel much more "at home" now. :2thumbs:

Was there a proper vetting process to ensure these two aren't a pet parakeet and hamster randomly typing away on the computer while their human owners have gone to work?
My cat used to sit in my Lap while I worked on a computer, and when wanting more attention- reached up and hit "Control-Alt-Delete". This was on a DOS computer.

So- it's not fair to say that the pets type at random...
In fact, this could be Felix typing right now. Ernie, our other cat, peed on the Keyboard when mad that the computer was getting more attention than he was. We learned quickly to give Ernie more attention.

Are you asking if the vetting process looked into Davidzvi and Moonmind's bladder control?
I'm reasonably house-trained, but have been known to randomly drown my laptops' keyboards in coffee (in fact, I'm typing on one of the affected machines right now; it survived, to a point; the surface has been cleaned). I hope that's acceptable.

20 or so years ago we went on vacation and my cat got mad and peed on the burner area of the stove. The urine got into the insulation and we just needed to get a new stove.
