After digesting the current rumor sites postings, and taking into account these are still rumors and we don't know everything yet...
X-E4. Not for me. Even less useable controls (for me) than the X-E3, which had less than the X-E2. Moving the Q button to the top plate solves the issue of my arthritic thumb knuckle randomly activating the Q menu. Again with the lower eyepoint EVF, not a good thing for me. No mention of WR. No IBIS.
GFX-100S. Amazing how they've been able to downsize everything into a package slightly smaller than the 50R. However, I wonder how much slower than the GFX-100 the 100S is going to be in use, seeing as it uses the X-T4 battery (lower voltage). Good eyepoint, but lower res EVF (same specs as 50R). Traditional Fuji way of operating reduced again on this camera. This is the 4th GFX body, and now a 4th way of operation. Maybe I've missed them, but not seeing images of the back of the camera.
I realize Fuji is trying to bring in shooters from other systems, but they are really starting to design cameras that are beginning to not appeal to some who have been with Fuji since the early years. Based on my needs, and the current design trends, I may not be buying any more new Fuji bodies going forward. I may be using my current ones until they cannot be repaired (or repaired for a reasonable price).
The new 27 will be a purchase - it'll make my X-H1 as small as possible for a walk-around camera that fits my hand, with controls that I can just barely use, in a WR package with IBIS.
