A couple more from the west coast of Ireland. We had a photographer guide who picked us up at 5:00 am to get some shots around dawn. He drove us to secluded beaches where we took these photos. First is of the dawn breaking along an inlet to the sea and the second is of the pounding of the waves along the Atlantic coast.

A very dramatic selection Mel, that shows me an area of Ireland I've no familiarity with at all. I think it's worth adding as an option for when Covid finally dies down to the point we can travel freely again. :)

Coastal railway just south of Bray, near Dublin. Must be a nice view from the train!

High above the railway, my wife and I clambering up a very steep, slippery old trail, overgrown with prickly bushes and heading straight up the hill to the Bray Head Cross at 190 meters above sea level. We later found out we missed a much, much gentler, more winding trail that would've been 4 times as long, but also 1/4 the steepness and therefore much quicker. Ah well, type 2 fun was had :)

Thank you so much! Thing is, I didnā€™t really do anything, no preparation and thereā€™s hardly any editing, I just pressed the shutter button. Once in a blue moon, the scene and the light just seem to align.
Well you definitely nailed it here. Enjoy that rare moment of simple perfection (it may be a while before it happens again :-D )
