I hear you Scott. I live in a lovely Cambridgeshire village, built around a large village green. A lovely place for people to visit, walk around and exercise dogs, or just come to eat their lunch or supper, but so many of them think nothing of leaving empty wrappers, bottles, cans, you name it. Every day my wife and I pick something up and put it into one of the many litter bins! Such a shame there's such a general lack of respect.

I think since lock down people have become more selfish...almost feral some of them , lumb falls was a great wild swim spot , but in the heatwaves the feral mob turned up to basque in the waters..but smashing empty beer bottles in rocks n water..makes No sense!! Apparently numerous children / adults had severe cuts while paddling..hence the owner locking gates and digging trenches to stop cars parking stupidly along the lane!

I have been on this trail quite a few times Scott. I have to say some of the other falls are more impressive, but it's a great day out. I must go again soon.
Harry , you are right, , there are so many falls on this trail and I have swam in many of them , this probably the most famous I guess...lovely walk all round..the others are hard to photo the scale of how big or forceful they are..I have loads of the other falls ..but they look meh on camera
