News more Olympus OM-D EM-5 images "leaked"

I'm pretty sure that is not real. I found it in an Asian forum linked to a blog where it seemed to be a creation of the blogger. It may as well be real though, because he made it from a composite of all the deliberately leaked images.

looks great, and I'm very very happy to finally see a weather resistant CSC. Now if they bring out some WR pancake lenses, and if those keep the total system jacket-pocketable, they might just have a customer in me :) once I have a proper job, that is

Yeah - probably a compilation

Yes Amin, I agree, it looks like a very skillful merger of all the leaks out there. Though I think the idea of having "OM-D" and "E-M5" on the camera body is confusing  and marketing overkill, but then all the PEN cameras are getting that treatment.

Looking forward to the 8th!

Oh baby....now I wonder if it will rattlesnake with my PL25? :dash2: If not, I admit the temptation will be grand and it would supercede the GX1 for me!!!! If not rattlesnake, want more than anything being released in 2012 with an X in it!

I agree it might be confusing, but it clearly delineates two lines of Olympus M43 cameras... the Pen on the lower end (smaller, more consumer'ish) and the OM-D on the higher end (more capabilities, weather sealing, more "professional"). Though the E-P3 might straddle that line.

BTW I don't have my E-P3 here, but I believe it has both Pen and E-P3 on it.

Imagine if Olympus were to introduce a small, weathersealed, 25mm f/1.8 in a kit with this camera. I think they could sell a ton of them.

m43rumors posted another image that looks genuine, this time a rear shot of the top and viewfinder.

I think it still looks like the overall size will be similar to the e-p3, with a pyramid for the viewfinder. I am definitely looking forward to seeing side-by-side comparison shots for dimensions.
