I like it too.

This reminds me of Scottish fishing towns all along the north-east and north coasts.

Crackingly atmospheric.

'atmosphere'? well this image has ii in the nines mate. Like the way the light guides you in the same direction as the flow of the rooftop lines

I really like the choice to keep the buildings silhouetted. A beautiful scene.

Good decision - low key works.

The rooflines form a nice graphic.

I like it as it is, too. I might still be tempted to pull up the shadows a bit, but definitely leave the moodiness alone.
