Pristine and untrod snow, it doesn't look as though many were venturing out. Your quick nip out got you a good picture with the rules of composition nicely applied, despite the seemingly numbing cold.

Nice snowy scene, have to catch these shots while the snow is still on the branches. Like Mark said, nice contrast between the branches and the snow.

Fantastic, Kathy! Love the drooping branches on the right which do seem to lead you straight to those lovely snow laden trees. BRRRR.
