SIJ 10 - The Sheep

I was really lacking in inspiration today but got lucky with this one just before I knocked off in the early evening.
This has a slight tilt-shift effect look about it. Quite dark but I like it.

The dark mood works for me too mate. I like the break in the cloud and how the shape mirrors the tree below..

I'd like to know more about this photograph, myself. As I said, I can't remember what camera you're using...so don't know if it has scene modes or if you've processed it with some kind of tilt shift software but I do like it very much. My only complaint is that I wish I could see it much larger so as to be able to appreciate more fully all the elements in this gorgeous brooding image.

BB, the combo is the Leica M8 with Leica pre-asph Summicron 90mm lens which gives an effective FOV of 120mm. The Leica's are pretty stock standard - no scene modes and all exposure settings and focussing is done manually. This image and the five I posted at the same time have all been processed with snapseed on my iPad. The rest of the images I have posted were processed with PS Elements 9 with Silver Efex Pro 2 for the monochromes. This particular one has had some blurring applied to bring more attention to the sheep as it was getting a bit lost in the image previously. There are a couple of ridge lines converging in the background and a mountain showing in the far distance between the clouds. Please send me a PM if you would like a larger version posted elsewhere on the site.

Cheers,
