Captus In Perpetuas Aeternitates

I took inspiration with the images of statues in a cemetery uploaded by Dave recently, so I decided to try my hand at it. I actually like it and may take more photos from the same place for my PAD shoots in the coming days (well nights in my case)

Such a detailed dress...and yet the lady in question's face seems devoid of personality...or perhaps it's the lighting.

Your framing with the light and shadow and architectural details coupled with that f stop work wonderfully together, Phoenix.

great job getting so much detail out of the black statue against a mostly black background! I like your composition, also the way her upper body and head stick out above the horizon... this portrait has a lot of character! (even though as BB says it's hard to read much from the lady's face)
