dublin city

I took this in the city today , as you can see it was a dull dreary day !
Nice Street Shot. How old is that street? the center gutter is very medieval IIRC

Nice composition Nikki. You're showing us clearly why that old "rule of thirds" still works a treat (y)

But that pavement is new isn't it?
Lots of open gutters being used again these days in Europe (sorry, my profession as a developer is showing through)

I like the image a lot

Well composed. I like the way the drabness of the processing reflects the dreariness of the day.

One feels the wetness. What's that on the wet street behind the walking man?

Really like this, narrow alleys and glistening streets and pavements seem to have a special kind of ambience. Is that a homeless person lying on the ground there?

Love the guardian angel...and the fact that it looks as though this fellow was looking straight at you. It does look cold, and damp...and it's clearly time to take those holiday lights down. Good choice of B&W for this one.

P.S. I hadn't picked up on the person Sue is referring to...if that is so, that changes the image for me. The angel needs to get busy.
