I like the strong blue cast and the reflected light. I wonder how it might look with a different WB? Probably less mysterious.

The blueness is quite close to what the eye actually saw - though it's exaggerated a bit by trying to balance the colour of the street light as well. The reality was a bit greyer and duller ...
