Your car park scenes are very recognisable (in a good way). Congrats on having found your style. I like the space around the cars and the birds filling the gaps.
The thumbnail gave me the clue to who's shot this would be, you're certainly the night owl. Lili, a city is always warmer than the surrounding country and birds have come to exploit that when they seek a roost site, so flocking birds in particular will head for a city when darkness falls, although I would have expected to see them in the tree rather than on the ground. Perhaps the light has something to do with influencing their behaviour, or as you say the cars might still be radiating some heat, it depends how long they've been parked there.
Oh, nearly forgot, good photo by the way, although I would have been tempted to crop out that unexplained black area on the extreme right in the foreground..
