SIJ day 17- Simple Shadow
While waiting for my
Landcruiser at the car wash I caught this simple shadow. PS

 The first thing that came to my mind was Calder - even if this isn't really like his sculptures, that's who I thought of.

I think the shadows and textures show off the chair's design charms in a wonderfully different way against that rough concrete. Nice shot, Bob!
Nice one.
I'm reminded of Moholy's
aerial photos, his light modulator and photograms.
In this case the chair acted as the modulator.
Simplicity in composition, complexity in form. Love this Bob! The shadows and textures make this an arresting image and your processing a timeless feel.
