I like it a lot but to tell you the truth the process makes it a look a little creepy to me

A good idea - adds an extra sadness to the photo. The scratches are a bit 'brutal' and recent looking - perhaps some layer blending might have helped.

Yes this is moving. To me it seems like a memory. A little scratch, perhaps somewhat distorted (not in a negative way) and incomplete. But very beautiful. Love it...
