I like the feeling of this shot - as Lili says both gritty and intense and the framing is so tight it feels claustrophobic...and the wetness gives the feeling of desperation. Sort of like a monologue in the Blair Witch Project.....

Very dark indeed. It brings to mind the madness in the eyes of Jack Nicholson in "The Shining".

Has your 'look' at its best. Superb.
For me there can never bee too much darkness in an image and it works so well in this one.
