I thought about cropping the top off, but I wanted a little context. You are probably right, however, in terms of a better photo.

I like the railing and trees at the top. It gives an idea of the size.

I think you need to keep the top part, but then I dislike the painting.

I like it as is, as well. The "widow's walk", or whatever that rather colonial looking balustrade is, in the background up top gives your image a real whimsical quality, that is in wonderful juxtaposition to that extremely vibrant, contemporary mural.

I like the railing on top of the wall. The painting is, well, at least very colorful.
