    Fuji New to the XF1 - now X30..gone..now X100T..gone. It's over

True, i've had the d500 for a few years now and whilst i'd ( sometimes ) like something lighter, that comes with more money and as a hobbiest i don't have deep enough pockets to move systems for a minor inconvenience. The d600 that i got last year for not much money does the FF stuff perfectly...

    Fuji New to the XF1 - now X30..gone..now X100T..gone. It's over

I want to start "seeing" shots like i used to when i had the basic fujis. By that, i mean i knew their limitations and so i adapted to become more creative Thats what i used to love. I have 2 pretty good Nikons but they have been "stolen" by my 16 year old ( https://charliemp.co.uk/gallery ) so...

    Fuji New to the XF1 - now X30..gone..now X100T..gone. It's over

I can’t believe that it’s been nearly 3 years since I updated this thread. Many cameras have come and gone but I’m back this year with an e-m10 mk2, O17 f1.8, P12-32 and samyang 7.5 FE. id really love to regain my mojo... fingers crossed

Micro 4/3 I’m sure there is something wrong with me - dipping back into m43

This is my exact thought about getting back to m43. Yes I have FF and Crop Nikon but what i miss is the joy of taking pictures

Micro 4/3 I’m sure there is something wrong with me - dipping back into m43

I'm watching this thread with interest, Andrew. I sold my m43 gear a few year ago and now have a D500 and D600 but 2 years ago i bought a e-m10 mk2 and P12-32 because i kinda missed having a walkaround camera and I don't want to lug around a DSLR or 2 every time i go out.. You know, the usual...

Thanks Mike, I used the refurb store for my x30 ( there's a discount code that still works too maybe ) and it was mint

    Fuji How's the X-T10 ?

I've had the x100T and wide angle converter before and loved it. Unfortunately, used prices have gone up massively - if I bought both converters and another T, I could be looking at over £800 and that's more than I want to spend. Looking at the x-t10, does it have the same processor as the T ...

    Fuji How's the X-T10 ?

Thanks Andy - i loved m43 but in low light, there's no comparison to APSC ( yes i know about the IBIS etc but i'm talking entry level used pricing here ). I also loved the Fuji B&W files SOOC

    Fuji How's the X-T10 ?

I loved my X100T ( i had the WA adapter too ) but i'd like more reach really. Its also beyond my price range that i can justify Will have a look at the X-E1, thanks.. I'm not familiar with the Fuji line up @gryphon1911 - there was a E-M10 mk2 that came up for sales really cheap 10 days...

    Fuji How's the X-T10 ?

no, i only have Nikon and a RX100. The Sony is OK but I don't like to use it - it leaves me cold. Its just a holiday, not sightseeing

    Fuji How's the X-T10 ?

I've had a couple of Fuji cameras in the past ( XF1, X30 and X100T ) but sold them all so that I could change from m43 to a D500. However, with a holiday coming i'm thinking about the (lack of) portability of my Nikon gear and should i go for a Fuji again ? I don't want to spend lots of money...

    Fuji New to the XF1 - now X30..gone..now X100T..gone. It's over

well, the X100T has been sold so the journey pauses / concludes ( again ). I took it out a couple of times last month but mainly felt that i needed an ICL camera and as much as i enjoyed the Fuji, i couldn't justify having it sit round for much of the time. This weekend, I have the E-m1 mk2 and...
