Fuji How many have sold their X pro 1

Somebody sold theirs 'cause I just bought one....and at a bargain price....to accompany my XE-1.

    On the fast track

I like it too but I would lose the vignette, it detracts rather than adds to the overall image. Geoff

    Fuji X-T1 Delivery dates

Nothing in Oz. We very rarely see discounts on Fuji. We certainly don't have the fantastic lens deals the US are seeing now or previously with the lens/body deals. I guess it's because of a much smaller market. Geoff

Fuji Just got my 23mm F 1.4 lens

Picked mine up yesterday. The build quality is the usual high standard expected from the Fuji stable but then I would not expect anything less. I have not had much chance to play but here a few from my initial foray. I know I am going to enjoy this lens A LOT!

    Fuji New book

I'm located in Oz, bought the PDF version via the O'Reilly website yesterday. Read about 1/3 so fa,r all good and yes I have picked up a few useful tips, well worth the small investment.

Fuji Why is everyone dumping their X100s?

Cameras Direct on the Gold Coast, QLD, currently have 6 in stock, they had eleven units this time last week. http://www.camerasdirect.com.au/fujifilm-x100s-digital-camera-fuji-australia-warranty

    Fuji Macro Button

OK, I just done a very quick and unscientific test with the 14, 35 and 60 primes first focusing in normal mode then without moving camera position, switching to macro mode and refocusing and then moving camera forwards a few mm and then refocusing - it won't! The macro button indeed seems to...

    Fuji Macro Button

    According to the specs found on the Fuji website a closer focusing distance is achieved with the 'macro' setting on the body enabled. i.e. 14mm - Normal Focus = 0.6m (60cm), Macro = 28cm 18mm - Normal Focus = 0.8m (80cm), Macro = 18cm 23mm - Normal Focus = 0.6m (60cm), Macro = 28cm 35mm...

Fuji Fujinon 14mm f/2.8 Close Focus at f/16

When you say " as close as I can get to it" is that physically or as close as it will focus? With any of the Fuji primes you can use the macro setting on the body getting you a little closer. I have shot a macro of a small beetle with the XF14.

    Fuji Fujinon XF 23mm F1.4 R

I called the above retailer today to check on price.....they confirmed that Fuji had not released pricing as yet for AU, however the pre order price has since been reduced to AU$1049.......looking better with a step in the right direction but I feel it is still too high especially when compared...

    Fuji Fujinon XF 23mm F1.4 R

I intend to get one of these, but here in Oz my retailer of choice has it listed for pre-order at AU$1499!!!!! Fujifilm Fujinon XF 23mm f/1.4 R Lens - Fuji Aust Warranty I was expecting a similar price to the XF14 and I paid AU$845 for that. I will be getting a X100S for AU$1289 instead if...

Fuji 55-200 - help me decide

I don't use long zooms that often either, but I wanted something that would give me the reach when needed. The 55-200 is a slow lens but a great lens, no regrets from me. Many people say it is a huge lens but compared to my now sold Nikon 70-200/2.8 it is tiny and therefore handling is not an...

    Olde England

North Essex villages are so picturesque, Finchingfield is probably my favourite with Thaxted being a close second place.

    Fuji Hi From Essex UK

The land where the Tile Kiln Estate is built was a playground of mine in my childhood. I can remember scrumping apples from the orchard which was once there and collecting newts (now rare) from a pond. I have friends that now live on Tile kiln (Dove Lane).
