Today's unwanted alarm clock. I was woken up early in the morning by shovel-fuls of bricks being loaded onto a then empty truck. Masonry on metal. Loud. Just over the road where a house is being renovated (early morning autumn mist causing the hazy effect)

I Snapbridge transferred this to my phone and then Snapseed edited it (all the Snaps) so here it is. I'm still out and about and might edit and resubmit from home

My SiA Challenge folder in Capture One currently contains 549 individual photos since starting on 01 April. Some days are diamonds, some days are stones, as the saying goes. Today I struggled to get even one noisy image together. Other days I have over 50 to choose from and don't know which one...

Oh dear! I've inadvertently given him horns while he's reading bedtime stories to a lion I don't mean to offend anybody's religious sensitivities; I don't know what this ornament is meant to represent and just snapped it because it was there (flea market find)
