Thanks for this post. I'm currently on the brink if to go to LR4 or LR5 and this is a huge help. Although, personally I have not seen a problem with the reds in my GR
My 1st sepia, well sort off its titled "Follow Me" and it was shot with the Panasonic GF1 and Olympus 17mm aka "the black mamba." Post processed in LR3 and Silver Efex Pro 2,
Excellent Bryan glad it help. Its really a tough situation to be in "looking for a successor." Been there, done that, and glad its over. There is more to come as I continue to explore its intricacies a bit more. Cheers.
Ricardovaste,
This series is simply beautiful, I love it. I considered the EX1 as well and ended up with the LX3 but in your hands the EX1 is singing a nice song. Welcome to the forum and I look forward to more EX1 fun.

I think that in the end, they must be relatively affordable and the quality must simply be there. Is it just me or are these upcoming lenses a bit too late in the game for Panny. To me, it seems like these should have come out 2 years ago.
Seriously no EVF either built-in or as an accessory, wow, that just tells you its not aimed at enthusiast but main stream off course. I like the design, it looks cool, just the right amount of buttons on the back and top plate. I see this camera being largely discounted in about 9 months marked...
Biro, here is an ongoing review I just started as I replaced my Ricoh GRD 3 with an LX3, you can read it here LX3 Review but its a very personal choice though.
Cheers,
