I had heard that the best ISO settings for the Fuji Sensor are in multiples of 160. Since the X-T1 is native at 200, the suggestion was to set the ISO at 320 or 640 or 1280, etc. Or the closest equivalent. The reason given was that the noise in the shadows would be reduced at these settings...
