I maintain that if the autofocus was better, the camera wound have been successful. It isn't a bad camera, with the EOS lenses it can take some stunning images but just not quickly.

It was no April fools joke. I got an email from B&H confirming I was backordered without any date of a possible shipment, so I cancelled that order, placed on at Unique and already have the x100s in hand and its battery is currently charging.
