Leica Leica TL2: under the radar?

It seems odd to me that the TL2 [and in fact the T series] generates so little discussion. Not sure why this is the case. Clue me in, why is the TL2 not taken seriously?

    Leica Coldest weather?

Comments much appreciated. Cold is a factor here in the Great White North.

    Leica A New Arrival

OK. If it were me, and I was pressed, I'd part with all but the 5, and have cash on hand for the right lens when it came along.

    Leica Q vs M with 28mm 2.8

Shooting a bit of everything, carib. The M10 offers some future-proofing, with glass I could move on with. But the price is significantly higher. The main upside for the Q is the cinematic depth of field, not possible with the 28mm 2.8. Vince, yes, I'm pretty committed to the 28mm perspective.

    Leica Q vs M with 28mm 2.8

Interested in hearing pro and con views on a this/that choice: a] Leica Q, or, b] M [used] with 28mm f2.8. This will be a 'grail' camera, so thoughtful advice is welcomed... Thanks. David

Thanks, Chuck and boliston. A little more digging turned up the fact that firmware can be had in Mac flavours, too. All good.

2013 - Tell me what you want, what you really really want

I want to take one [just one] really profoundly great photo. That'd be enough. But the Landie has appeal, too, Bill.
