We went to VT and had the most horrendous weather I ever got during any vacation. Despite that I enjoyed it (my husband didn't), and really pray to be able to get a US based vacation again in 2013. both with the CZ :)

Welcome !! My NEX sure performs and delivers like a "proper camera" (wink) but contratulations on the X-E, it's a superb machine, with excellent lenses.

Absolutely black, like the other X cameras I either own or use, an X10 and a X-E1, both black and beautiful. I dislike two tone cameras and if I'd gotten the X100, it would have been the black edition.

I can only comment that I had a rather underwhelming copy of the 45-200, returned it. Then bought a used Oly 40-150 (1st gen) and it was just way better than it had any right too, in every way. Loved this lens !!

The GX-1, G3 etc from Panasonic have totally reliable face detection, which is also very speedy and just great overall. By comparison, Face Detection in the NEX cameras (which I am a fan of, own and shoot by choice) is a lame joke...
