From out our backdoor this morning after Nemo left. Nemo is the name the weather tv channels gave the blizzard that swept its way up the northeast in the USA. We lucked out here and only got about 10 inches or so... I'll be going out soon to enjoy it with my dog.:D

Nice, BB. Hopefully you didn't lose power? We ended up with about 8-10 inches as well in my part of NJ. Sun has just come out so am hoping to go for a walk with my son to enjoy it, too.

Ed, thanks for asking - we were fine. It turns out we had more snow than I'd thought but nothing like the 30 inches up in the northern and eastern parts of Connecticut, Long Island and points north like our good friends up near Boston...and Maine. I can't even imagine it... Need to check out that thread about Blizzard photos to see if it shows the abandoned cars on the LIE. (Long Island Expressway also known as the Long Island Parking Lot)

I read about some tragic circumstances caused by this blizzard, if it wasn't for that I would've wanted to say it looked beautiful.

Wow!!!!!!!! I'd love to know what sort of lens you used to get this image - such incredibly graphic birds of prey! Amazing!

Thanks, BB
