Oh yes - definitely has the bird/dinosaur thing going on for sure. Great choice for black and white - love your choice of going for that shallow depth of field, the background looks wonderful with the almost etched details of that driftwood.

Red roofed barn, Bullhornstone Farm, south Devon
This shot just had to be in colour, it shows a barn at Bullhornstone Farm near Owley, nestling in the valley of the Glaze Brook with the southern slopes of Dartmoor in the background. It was taken shortly after sunrise this morning in a short lived break in the otherwise stormy run of weather we are having at the moment.

Seen just about 30 minutes ago off our deck which is supposed to overlook the Housatonic River...but now it's filled with fog. Suddenly our weather has changed dramatically - we've gone from a winter wonderland to rain and temperatures in the 60's (F) instead of the low teens or twenties. Very strange indeed!

While my wife went on a shopping frenzy I took my new Sigma DP1M for a walk around Copenhagen.

Very nice photo BB. I can just imagine the experience.
Strange weather here in Northern California too. T-shirt weather and not a drop of rain so far except for one early season storm. Unless things change the ski season will suffer and there'll be drought conditions next year. I miss winter.

Thursday walking along the South Bank of the Thames.
Tourists everywhere with lots of smart phones ,tablets, Bridge cameras and DSLRs but little else.

Seen today, a lot of water where no water should be.
Where we're standing is normally playing fields, with the river passing through the centre span of the bridge (on the left). The tallest tree towards the right of the picture is normally at the water's edge.

and interesting to see low tide in London and flooded fields up stream.
Incidentally, my wife and I often consult the tide tables and walk the Thames bank in London. You can find some wonderful stuff on the beach including Victoria clay pipes, china and even Tudor ship nails.
