thx. while im enjoying this cam immensely, ive got to say im very surprised at the amount of distortion such a great zeiss optic thats specifically tuned to the sensor gives off. at 35mm it distorts as much or more than the 23mm on my fuji x100!

Went out shooting today, just to wake up my eye a little bit. The weather has been crummy, I've been lazy, etc, and haven't been out a lot lately. And it's supposed to get arctic again for the next couple of weeks, but today was relatively nice, so I was out. Just a few random shots:

Not as macro as the Olympus 12-40, but macro-ISH enough for me:

Shane,

This quite an old post, but the Bus, the Lady and the "marché" have a sort of almost drawing quality to them that I find quite beautiful. Could you explain how did you do this? Or if you did previously direct me there?

Thanks so much.

the weather's just been awful, and i really havent been able to put the camera through its paces. but i did manage to brave the single digit temps for a local 'walkabout' and liked these three.
