My Azaleas are starting to bloom, it rained, then the Sun made a brief appearance. And Herman bubbled this thread to the top.

Image heavy post ahead. It's what happens when I'm left alone with a camera for several hours.

You and me both! I've been grabbing a camera and lens to get out of the house every day to get some air, exercise, and stress release.

Sundew drosera purpurascens - Mt Cooke - Monadnocks National Park
by Andrew Priest, on Flickr

This was the first of a number of wildflowers that caught my attention on our walk of Mt Cooke in September 2018. It was a tiny plant with these sort of bubbles.

We were walking the park as part of Ibu Anne’s training to complete the Oxfam Trailwalker 50km which she ticked off in early October 2018,

Funny you should ask - you gave the answer, it's in the name: The droplets are how the sundew family of carnivorous plants attracts and binds their prey ...

This was the first of a number of orchids that caught my attention on our walk of Mt Cooke in September 2018. Thanks to Cecilia below I think it is a Cyanicula amplexans.
