Love your processing, BB. An interesting point. When looking at posts using the HTML link from flickr instead of BBCode, I cannot see any submitted pix until I choose to look at the individual post (this is on the iPad in the seriouscompacts app). I'll check it out in Tapatalk and browsers, not sure... or rather don't remember if thats the case there.

Seen while strolling my university's campus, when I was tired of working on my thesis last week:

Red... or is it?

And in the building of the professors and university officials, a statue of the university's namesake, enlightenment thinker Desiderius Erasmus

Nice shots! But don't get tired of working on that thesis too often! I did, and never finished. Here I am with a useless half PhD

Nope. Tapatalk displays the pic inside the post. I thought it might be an ipad thing, but its the SC app.

Yeah its a pita feature of forum browser. Sometimes struggles with gallery images too :(

Thank you Sue and Andrew - I almost didn't keep this one...but saw it today in my iPhone's "Photos" and thought - why not? This little corner is a regular stop of mine...and when we move (next spring or so), I won't be seeing it too often anymore. Port Chester is a very urban suburban town...it used to be a kind of factory town with certain ethnicities...over the years it has changed a number of times..going into a depressed state and coming out of it due to much lower rents than the two towns north and south of it...and it has become a home to many interesting restaurants because of this.

Sue, that's something I would never know... Perhaps you might want to post in the Help and Feedback just to bring the issue up?

I forbade myself to get a job before I finish my thesis (I plan to do some travelling after graduating first), so unless I finish my thesis, I'll starve to death when my savings run out:tongue:

From my regular Saturday afternoon stroll around Old San Juan. Not too many people around yesterday, which is unusual.

haha is the dog really sticking out its tongue to the horse? all great shots, Gary!

Thanks bartjee. Yep that's her tongue, she's the greatest dog in the world and my BFF. She was apprehensive of horses at first. Then I explained to her that horses are just big dogs. She was okay with that and now Mariposa and her are friends.
