I have always preferred the A7RII over the A7RIII output but having said that, the colour from Sony A9 is much better regarding skin tones :hmmm:

I have often said this. you can stick a Leica lens on a Sony body but even if you process the Leica DNG files and the Sony's much the same, the Leica always looks better, even though the Sony has better highlight recovery by a long way.

That's the thing with Leica .... it makes you work so hard for that one picture ..... and then it's all worthwhile :wink:

We've moved rather rapidly from "Tier 2" up the scale to T3 and now T4 which is virtual lockdown here in Surrey. We finished a month semi lockdown a few weeks ago but since then a more rapidly transmitted strain has been wreaking havoc in London and the surrounding counties. Still so much...

I have almost 19,000 at the moment but this is only the sparse collection. I have two back up hard drives with the rest! Having the A9 with it's burst rate gives me far too many to cull. Trying to be a bit more sensible by waiting a few days and then being ruthless!

Yes, it's Deepcut. It takes about 5 minutes to walk there and it connects with Deepcut itself eventually.

Army training land. They build a lot of shelters like this one and also lots of dug outs. The kids always love playing in them.
