As Matt said I don't see much difference in your shots btw SL2s and M10. Sl2/Q2 files are much bigger without lossless compression (not processing but more storage problem for me)... Q2 is same size as M10, not compact camera, but much smaller than SL2s (same size as my old Canon 5D dslr). Q2...

Yes, I am surprised by the sharpness of the lens. It has nice bokeh also. IQ is above its size, similar to GR III.... Only in the extreme corners for the tree shot, I saw some fringing. It is definitely best pocket camera.... Coming from Contax g 45mm, I found it on the wider end at 39mm...

That is a bummer. Original 24MP FP has read out speed of 1/30 sec which is somewhat better. Sigma should have used A9 sensor as an upgrade/make FP more usable to photographers... Sony has not sold that sensor to competition yet, but they can with A1 50MP being released... Dpreview initial review

As you said lenses are the issue... Apart from the price, only small lens is 50mm 3.5... If you adapt dslr / m lenses, you need to crop except maybe a few lenses that might work... If you do portraits only, maybe corners doesn't matter... I tried the apsc lenses on FF with Sony eg 1.3x works etc...
