Not to take anything away from your newest acquisition. But the images from that XT5/35 f2 combo look really good.

This is in line with something my dad mentioned talking about this new lens. He believes it is replacing the current 18-55 for a new “kit lens” to resolve the higher resolutions of the new sensors. IBIS in the bodies instead of the lenses also fits with this.

@Kevin I forgot to mention that my MPB is a refurb directly from Apple. I’ve had it for years and never had an issue with it. The battery still holds a charge well also.

My MBP is a 2014 and it still gets updates. Although it has hit the point that it can not run the most current OS.

You are correct. The newer functioning prison is right behind this facility. When you to OSR, you get warned not to take any photos of the active prison.

I was looking at X-E1's on mpb. They are still going for $374-$404. By way of comparison. A Canon 5d2 goes for $104-$414.

When I made the switch to Fuji. I think it was start with the options available while they developed the premium options.

I don’t think it’s trying to draw people to FF as much as it is just trying to get stuff sold in a tough market. The A72/28-70 kit is a killer deal.

I still have trouble accepting the 90s was 30 years ago.
