That is a great deal, especially if you do not have the 18-55.
I have the x-a1 and the x-e1. The x-a1 is quicker at focusing and snappier overall. I do love the layout of the x-e1 and the feel. Not sure if that helps...

Did you resolve this? I had an issue where it looked like I only uploaded jpegs but they were actually stacked. When you edit, you can select the raw image to edit. Not sure if that helps...
Anyone use a Joby tripod? Thoughts? I have a $50 gift card to a local camera store burning a hole in my pocket and thought about picking one up.
Thanks for any advice.
Thanks. Hope to someday afford a viewfinder with that snappy response.
Maybe if my post is picked in $1000 giveaway thread... hint, hint, nudge nudge :laugh1:
Hello,
I recently purchased a used x-e1, I already had a x-a1. I love having a view finder and enjoy the feel of the x-e1.

I generally shoot family events, kids, wildlife and landscapes.
I have some legacy lenses that I use on my nex, I assume they will work just as well on a Fuji body?

Thanks, Phoenix. I will definitely take a look. I really need to go to the local camera store and try something out.
I think all I can afford is the x-e1 right now. Would it be better to save for the rest of the year for the x-e2?
Hi,
I have been a member at the NEX site and the mu43 site too. Thought I would wander over and check out Fuji.
I currently have a Sony nex 5r but am looking to explore a new system. I was set to on getting a gx7 when I had enough money but am pausing to look at fuji.
My biggest hesitation is...
