Got my Leica Q back today. Of course it’s working just fine…no issues whatsoever with the back screen. Although the guy forgot to send the detachable power cord for the factory battery charger 🙄 Anyways, should be easy to trade in. I’ll probably do that this weekend.

I mean, it’s not the end of the world, to the extent that I’ll just grab another one next week lol. This was just the prettiest one in the box though, while the others where a little more thoroughly used.

You can, and I do that on my OM5, but the original EM10 didn’t even have a function switch.

Actually found the cable; and no luck. Also verified the batteries it came with work in my OM5. Damn.

I’m going to try plugging it into a usb power…if I can find one of those old style cables, and see if that wakes it up.

Picked up the OM1 mkii, 150-600, and 90mm macro today for my 4 day test & wow from OM/my local shop. I’ll be out the next two days trying to get some good wildlife and birds in particular, and maybe even the eclipse on Monday if the weather holds.

The second Electro 35 arrived today, and is largely in even better shape than the first, with the added bonus that it works perfectly!

It was always the dream to have it on my Pen F, but alas it’ll just have to be at home on my OM-5, as it’s the sole surviving m43 body I have.

The 9mm would really round it out!

To add to all this Olympus talk, not only is my 45mm 1.8 arriving today, but I also just got a steal of a deal on a month 75mm 1.8! I’ve always wanted to try this lens, and add these two to my 20mm 1.4, and I’ve got a great trio of primes!

Just picked up an Olympus 45mm 1.8 for an excellent price. This will be the second time owning this lens.

I only bought one camera this weekend. A lovely Nikon F2 with photomic finder. I have a g2 focusing screen en route as well. I threw some tmax 3200 in it. Already owned the lens.

I’ve had the D1X, the D7100, and the Df. Df is my all time favorite camera to shoot, of any style/type, and the only one I still own. Bang for your buck though, if you just want some good old fashioned Nikon DSLR fun, it’s hard to beat a D80.
