    Fuji How's the X-T10 ?

I have an Xe2 and an Xt1. I also have the 16-50mm lens. The lens is great, light, great IQ, Stabilisation etc etc. Never used an XT10. I'd go for the Xe2S (B & H have a great deal I think NEW) and get a used or new 16-50. Very light and and fun to use. If you don't like rangefinder style the...

Fuji Only 2 Lenses to choose

For me my one lens kit is X-t1 & 18-135mm or my X-e2 and 14mm. When I've saved enough cash and found the right deal I'll get a used 50-230mm to go with my 16-50mm with the X-e2 for a super light kit. For specialist stuff, close up, bokeh, portrait etc I go to my old Konica and Nikon primes on...

Fuji 50-230 II O.I.S. or not?

I have the 18-130mm I get sharp photos at all focal lengths now. Took me a while to get used to the lens. First shots were terrible. Very happy now. Hoping to pick up a used 50-230 some time for the longer reach. With my vintage Konica lenses 200mm and 135mm I crank up the ISO and aim for at...

Fuji Show what your adapted lens looks like on your Fuji camera

Some photos of my XT1 with Konica Hexanon 50mm f1.7, Hexar 135mm f3.5 and 200mm f4. Also with Nikon 24mmAF f2.8 & 35mmAi'd f2.8. The XT1 is so much easier to use with manual focus than the XE2. I get pretty good results. My two faves are the 50mm Hexanon and the 35mm Nikon. The price/quality...

Fuji Just Picked Up an X-T1 Graphite for $599

Hi I bought one about a month ago used. Sure not the latest and greatest but I love the viewfinder. I have an XE2 and the difference is quite extraordinary, the viewfinder, battery life (3 times more at least) and I've paired it with an 18-135mm (bought from Mexico - great supplier great deal)...

    Fuji Nikon 55 2.8 Micro

Nice shot! I use Nikon glass on my XE2 & XT1. 35,50 & 104 Ai 24 AFD. The 35 and 105 are my two faves. I also use Konica Hexanon 50 1.7 and 135 3.5. I love the IQ and the feel of the lenses. The photo is 105mm Ai'd on XE2 at, I think, f8.

Fuji Adapted lenses and the X-T1

Yes I agree - not just for the IQ but for the feel of metal, craftsman made lenses, that don't cost a fortune. Pura Vida

Fuji Adapted lenses and the X-T1

Hi here's the Ken Rockwell link Nikon 105mm f/2.5 Review and I see the lens on ebay is Ai'd. These lenses are truly excellent. I made the mistake of selling one when I moved to digital. I missed it so much I bought another!

Fuji Adapted lenses and the X-T1

Hi here's mine. If you have Nikon as well it will need to be Ai'd or will damage lens mount. Not sure if you use it with a Nikon - Fuji adapter. If you need a contact who will Ai a lens for you I have a great guy in the US.Here's a photo of mine. I think the one in the link is essentially the...

Fuji Adapted lenses and the X-T1

No correction here as I've never used a Voigtlander lens but my Nikon Ai 35mm f2.8 in particular is sweet to focus as are the 105mm Ai and the 24mm D - the 35mm is brilliant with my XE2 fantastic image quality it just works. The 105 is a close 2nd both really sharp. Just sharing my experience...

Fuji Adapted lenses and the X-T1

I'd keep your adaptive lenses unless you really need the cash. They are fun to use as you know. I've had mixed results - the three I love the best and produce pretty fine results are a 35mm F2.8 Ai Nikon, a 105mm F2.5 Ai Nikon and a 50mm F1.7 Konica Hexanon. Right now I am not in a position to...

    Fuji Viewing with Adapted Lenses

Hi I use an XE2 with Nikon & Konica Hexanon non AF lenses. Works well with the EVF & focus peaking. If I were you I'd go for wither XE2/2S, XT1, XT10/20 depends on your body style preference. Just my view. Food for thought.

Hi if you want alternatives you can look at Konica Hexanon lenses. Jupiter 9 85mm. KMZ Jupiter 11A 135mm. Meyer Optik. Pentacon. Helios. The Nikon 200mm non A/F lens gets great reviews and is really inexpensive. I use Hexanon 50mm F1.7 and 135mm. Also Nikon A1 F2.5 105mm and Ai 35mm F2.8...

    Fuji Nikon 105mm F2.5 Ai on XE2

Here's a photo I took yesterday near where I live. F5.6 ISO400 1/950. I am amazed at the quality of both the lens and the camera. The lens must be 40 years old. Cost $95 at KEH plus $25 for Ai conversion. In mint condition.

Fuji Only 2 Lenses to choose

For me the ideal lens would be the 18-135mm. It would give me everything I want. Currently saving up for one. I use the 16-50 a lot. I love it. Plus various manual focus Nikon lenses from 24 to 105mm and 70 - 300mm old zoom plus Konica Hexanon 50mm and 135mm.

Fuji How Good/Bad Is the Fuji 16-50 3.5-5.6 Kit lens?

Hi Dave. I use the plastic fantastic 16-50mm all the time on an XE2. I have no experience of the 18-55mm or any other Fuji lenses as I use "vintage" Nikon and Konica Hexanon lenses as I can't afford the top line Fuji stuff. Personally I think it's a great lens. It's very light and for me makes...

    Fuji Winter is Cold

I use 50mm Konica Hexanon F1.7, Nikon Ai 35mm F2.8 & 105mm F2.5 on my XE2 love these old lenses. Here's one with the Nikon Ai 35mm and the other with the 50mm Hexanon. Love your photos too - the atmosphere, bokeh and colours.

Fuji First images with MacPhun's Luminar

I've just installed it and will be using it in much the same way as you. I'd hoped to be able to try it as a LR replacement but lens correction is not coming to next year. Some very good examples for me. Thanks for putting this together.

    Fuji Bristol loves the X-Pro1

Hi there, My home town Bristol. Great shots. I'm considering buying an XE1 plus 18mm for people shots - what do you use. I'm looking for something less obtrusive for people photos. Any advise would be appreciated. I use Nikon for landscape / wildlife / sport. Based in Central America now.
