Maybe it's not obvious in the pictures, but a lot of the windows are broken out and some of the roof is off. There is a newer farm house a little further down the road. I don't know if the newer house belongs to descendants of the pictured house or if they just bought out the original owners.

I've been intrigued by that sign whenever I've driven by. The store is long gone, but the sign remains and I think it is a pretty neat nod to the past.

On a little stroll in downtown Pocatello, Idaho I found an alley I've never seen before with a lot of mural work. This is the only shot that turned out, the light was not great in the morning and I should go back another time in the afternoon.
