Thanks. The lens is a $10 Sears 50mm f1.7 bought on ebay about a year and a half ago. I wanted something fast(er) and cheap, plus it was like new. Its an old Pentax K mount adapted to MFT. Ive had great fun and occasional bouts of frustration using it.
Still trying to get accustomed to this new(ish) to me GX80, and I certainly donāt do myself any favors by using a manual lens... still the results were better then last time and it was a lovely walk on a warm misty fall light.
Our town just installed an outdoor art display called The Half Mile of Horse Art walk. Local artists were chosen and painted horse statues which are now on display on stands along Main Street. When itās less crowded Iām hoping to take a closer look.
It was a lovely afternoon after work. Low humidity, deep blue sky, and puffy white clouds... and yet again I got sucked into details as typical.... oh and I tend to suck at landscape photography. Iām working on it though.
From last night. Had a frustrating evening at home and with some recent difficulty with lens choices and trying to change things up, I decided that I just needed to take a walk with the tried and true Sears 50mm old school adapted lens. I was happy to have gotten a few decent shots.
