I have to agree with Andrew - this is a great shot. I'm really enjoying my Vaer so far. It's so minimal - and reliable - and it's the watch I reach for when I'm going somewhere dirty or rainy or dusty... because I know it will survive with zero problems.

The nice thing about "boring wrist checks" is that you have a very cool watch to check them on!

I'll echo what John (@mnhoj) said earlier about some of your outtakes - the richness and intensity of the blacks in these shots of yours is seriously impressive and cool, Andrew. Short version: they may just be 'outtakes', but they're all great images.

Time to get up, grab the binoculars and the (other) camera with a telephoto lens, and head out on the monthly guided bird-watching walk, sponsored by the local Audubon society. Only one thing missing: a cup of morning café (which will be arriving shortly after this photo).
