The KWVR line is a single line five miles long track with one passing point. This year's Steam Gala included a few "guest" engines plus an opportunity to double head and detach/attach. Here's a selection from the event.

Was inspired by a 50p book purchase (the "Best of Eric Treacy") to have a go at recreating some 1960-style images of train and trackside. Don't know how successful I was but thankfully today's weather sealed cameras can cope with a bit of drizzle and the need to zoom ;)
Walked past this "lump" of stone several times previously,
