Sue, FYI my Mac OS is Sierra. When I included my Flickr account in the Photos Share dialogue box, it required my log in and password. After a few seconds of processing . . . voilà!

How inspiring! I just included Flickr in my Photos share accounts and uploaded a picture. So is the problem only for iCloud accounts?

I think I understand your dilemma. I don’t use my Apple internet account for anything other than communicating with Apple. Nor do I use iCloud. I access Flickr via Safari and with the Flickr app on my iPad. I don’t upload images from the iPad, however.

I did notice some dust on the sensor. I vacuumed it out! I developed the habit of running my hand around the lens barrel before retracting it to reduce any debris that might get sucked in the next time the lens extends. So far .. so good.

I seemed to get the best shots with negative EV values no matter which filter I used. negative EV probably heightened the contrast between the grass and the water droplets. Al the shots with positive or zero EV did not capture the drops.

I usually look for the sparkles on the grass when I’m deciding whether to cut my lawn in the morning or later in the day. I’ve never thought of trying to capture and image of it, but now I’ll try.
