Ha, this took me a minute.

Late night 1/1 on a walk. I had the camera just because. A half hour into the walk I hadn't been moved to bother to raise the camera then this caught my eye.

Ha. I guess lily pics are a popular item. I certainly have lots of pictures of them.

Some old utility poles in our rural areas still survive and wear the very old individually placed numbers on them. I’m oddly attracted to the visual history. I’ve long had a hankering to find random numbered poles and photographically count from 1 to wherever I would end up.

A case of good timing. This was next to my van at a job for three days. On the third day, I finally took the picture. A half hour later the feather was gone.

This is interesting. What exactly is going on up on the roof?

Thanks. That was from about a year ago. When I recently joined here, I decided that I would mainly post new pictures to keep myself forward looking. I've generally stuck to it with a few exceptions. This, however, is a fun thread and good for looking back.
