If you shoot a lot a the Ocean/beach what do you do afterwards? Blower Brush, wipe, wet towel? I am going to be doing a lot of this type of imaging in the next year. All my stuff including lenses are "weather sealed", but I know after care is important. Just looking for advice...
It's a really nice clear day so thought I'd load up the bike and take it down to the beach for a ride.
What lens should I take on my A7ii?
Native or old manual focus?
24mm?
35mm?
50mm?
100mm?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.
We took young Stanley to the beach at Talacre in North Wales last week. Here's a few shots I took with the GF1 and Lumix 14mm/2.5 lens. Some editing in various products.
We went for a walk in Hunstanton, Norfolk at the weekend. I had the 16,65 and 90 with me. Didn't find any reason not to just use the 90 for the entire morning.
On vacation in PR this week. Brought along my X-T10 + 35mm F/1.4 combo. Added a Dicapac WP-S3 to my bag for some extra fun, shooting in water.
Here's a selection of what I've taken so far. More to come as the vacation progresses.
the public beach at a small lake in a nearby city park...
even though we had a unseasonably warm winter, spring looks back to normal and it will be a few weeks before the summer activities really begin.
We went to the beach for the weekend and this is the wall of the fish shop where we purchased our fresh oysters and mussels for the evening meal. In case you're interested it was oysters kilpatrick followed by mussels in a creamy white wine and garlic broth. Beautiful.
