Hi Folks - A quick question - How do you recenter the focus point on an RX100 V, (or other versions), after having repositioned it for focusing that is not in the middle of the frame? I can't seem to find it anywhere. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Macro has always interested me in some ways and turned me off in others.

So, I saw these for $25 USD on Amazon and thought, why not.
A 10mm and a 16mm tube and they are stack-able. AF works with both stacked and OIS still functions on lenses that have it. I'll be doing a full review later, but I'm thinking I will be getting my $25 worth out of these.

I have a Jupiter 8 from 1957. Is not adjusted for Leica but focus at one meter and wide open is very very close. The problem is the lens don't focus properly at infinity. The distance scale is at infinity, but the camera rangefinder is not.
Any advice? Can I easy fix the lens?

By happenstance, a couple of years ago I won a CORFIELD Periflex «Focus Checker» aka «Focus Adapter» for a really good (low) price.
Except the correct nomenclature of the item, the seller was describing the item quite correctly, but nevertheless I was the only bidder, IIRC.

Is it just me, or is it hard to use the focus magnification in the X-U because the magnified portion of the image is simply blown up from the viewfinder, and therefore highly pixelated and without much detail? I think I've been missing focus targets because of this.

I was trying to get a good macro shot of the dandelion seeds....the fluffy white bits. I missed. There's a few of their stems that are kind of in focus, but mainly it's a big fluffy soft, out of focus treat.
