    Micro 4/3 4x5 with a m4/3 as a back

So awhile back I posted pictures of my hacked up field cam. I picked up another E-PL1 as a data back for it. So I took this out today: And got these shots of the usual suspects with it. Horizon? What's that? :dash2: I need to remember my tripod next time...

Micro 4/3 I’m sure there is something wrong with me - dipping back into m43

I’ve always wanted to experiment with the Olympus EP5. The one thing holding me back was the fact that I require a viewfinder for the cameras I use. I always found in m43 that it was more cost effective to get an OMD or the PEN-F instead of the standard PEN line. well, someone here on this...

    Micro 4/3 Showcase OLYMPUS M.ZUIKO 17mm F1.8

One of my all time favorites, I keep going between this, the Pan 14mm, and PanLeica 15mm. I'll probably pick up another 14mm, but this time I think I'll just keep the 17mm as well.

The Oly 25 is really nice and I might buy another. I have the PanLeica 25mm f/1.4 now, but Oly would be a better fit on my Pen F.

Micro 4/3 Heads-up: E-M5 III firmware update resets all settings!

See the title ... It was a major nuisance to have to re-adjust everthing. Took me the better part of an hour because virtually *everything* was reset (down to date/time format and other basic stuff - beeps and lags like image review and all). Also, Olympus' irritating tendency to reset the...

Micro 4/3 Take it from the top

New Anamorphic lens Fuij X, M4/3, E, and Z mount

Sirui is releasing a new, very affordable Anamorphic lens in native mounts for Fuji X, M 4/3, Sony E, and Z Cam. This will be a big game changer for filmmakers and cinematographers. Anamorphic lense can get highly costly. And adapting them a major headache. Having a native mount lens where you...

To the naked eye this electronic sign makes perfect sense and was easily read. However when I chimped the photo what you see is what I got, and as you can see it is now unreadable! I assume it has something to do with the shutter speed used, but I’m not sure. I think it might have been an...

Micro 4/3 Since some have asked ... a mini-review of the Olympus OM-D E-M5 III

@gordo has encouraged me to give a little overview over my impressions, so I'll oblige - also because I think the Olympus OM-D E-M5 III is a remarkable camera. Let's first remind ourselves what :mu43: was about at the beginning: small, capable cameras and lenses that didn't break the bank. In...
