    Digitizing old 8mm home movies

    I have a box of old 8mm home movies from the '40's through the '60's and want to convert to digital and share with family. Looking at the Kodak REELS or the Wolverine Pro. Anyone have any experience with either of these? I'm leaning toward the Kodak for the added resolution but not sure how much...

    We don't have a (very recent) thread about movies about photography and photographers. Everybody knows Blowup (1966) but I don't think photography-wise it's the best treatment of the subject. My subjective opinion of course, I'll put these movies on a pedestal as the greatest: Life (2015)...
